With over 45 years experience, Reinger Haag is the senior member of the team. He is described by The Legal 500 as ‘shrewd, savvy, sagacious, highly experienced’ and having ‘a real commercial eye’. He is also a Recommended Lawyer in the 2022 edition of The Legal 500.

Reinger Haag is both English and Australian qualified and has practiced in both jurisdictions for a considerable period. He has a significant depth of experience, not only in family law matters, but also in other areas of law such as Company Commercial, mining, industrial and family businesses, and complex trusts.

This wide experience allows Reinger Haag to give advice from a position that is not only commercially astute but takes into account tax and other international dimensions. For over 20 years, Reinger Haag has practiced exclusively in England as an international family law specialist. With his enormous experience, Reinger Haag directs the handling of the team’s cases. Kelvin Wood is Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, and with a wealth of experience in both contentious and non-contentious areas, Gonzalo has experience in dealing with high-value estate administrations, international estates, and disputed probate and trust cases. He specializes in domestic and international trust and estate litigation, handling all aspects from disputed wills to breach of trust claims and estate disputes under the Inheritance Act 1975.

 

Gorge Allen Having previously worked at a leading London family law firm, Gorge specialises exclusively in family law. He advises in all aspects arising on relationship breakdown, divorce, and separation, as well as pre and post-nuptial agreements, same-sex marriage, and civil partnerships. He also has experience in relation to private law children issues, including contact arrangements, and relocation disputes – both within the UK and where one parent is seeking to move abroad with the children. Gorge has a particular interest in providing sensible, commercial advice on a range of family law issues.
James Wright is an experienced secretary and office administrator. In his role, James handles the calls that come into the office, greets clients, manages office presentations, housekeeping, and administrative duties, and provides secretarial support. Prior to joining us, James worked for a large family law firm as a paralegal and secretary. Before undertaking his career in law, James held front-of-house positions in the private sector as well as the local council supporting case workers and undertaking legal research.
